These are some real nice, meaty pork ribs. Smokey, tender & moist, with a bit of heat from our 5 Pepper Rub, tamed down by a little 5 BarBQ sauce and good old fashioned butter. Our All Beef Jalapeño Cheddar Sausage is a 5 BarBQ exclusive developed in collaboration with Hess Meat Market in Muenster TX. It's all beef meat (pork casing), got a little bite but not too hot (for most) and the cheddar adds a touch of creamy smoothness to mellow it. $6 per link. Try it with a little sauce on the side and sweet relish.
